Introduction to high-rise steel structure:
High-rise building refers to residential buildings with more than 20 floors of and public buildings and integrated buildings with more than 24 meters of total height, steel structure has high strength and compared to concrete structure the steel column cross-sectional area is small which increases the effective usable area of the building, and can be used to build tall, heavy-duty buildings with heavy loads, compared to the column cross-sectional area of general high-rise steel structure, nearly half of column cross-sectional area of high-rise concrete structure is reduced. Steel structure building is light in weight, therefore, high-rise building using steel structure is a new type of energy-saving building system, known as the "green building" of the 21st century, which is an energy-saving and environment-friendly, reusable building structure.
